Juliana joined Parlee McLaws as an associate shortly following her articling at a boutique Edmonton law firm that focused on personal injury. She gained experience in employment law and insurance litigation after her call to the bar in 2018.

Prior to attending law school, Juliana obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in 2013. While in law school, she worked as a Ministerial Intern at the Alberta Legislature, and as a Research and Writing Student at the Centre for Constitutional Studies. In her third year, she served as a Writing Fellow, facilitating legal research and writing seminars to first year law students. In her spare time, Juliana acted as Co-Chair of the Student Chapter of the Canadian Bar Association for two years, and contributed several articles to LawNow Magazine. She also volunteered with Student Legal Services and Pro Bono Students Canada, both of which provide legal information to low income individuals.
