Rhiannon’s experience in both corporate and intellectual property (IP) law puts her in a unique position to assist individual and corporate clients with a broad range of legal needs.

As a corporate and IP lawyer, Rhiannon works with international corporations, SMEs and start-ups to successfully protect themselves and their business assets. She also has experience preparing and negotiating various contracts and with a range of corporate matters including incorporations, sale of businesses and corporate reorganizations.

As a patent and trademark agent Rhiannon represents clients at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) in patent, trademark and industrial design matters and has particular experience obtaining Official Marks for public authorities in Canada. She also assists clients with obtaining, maintaining and defending their international IP portfolios.

Rhiannon is a Founding Member of the Lois Hole Hospital Women’s Society (part of the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation) and serves on one of their subcommittees in her spare time.

Rhiannon is Co-Leader of the Intellectual Property & Innovation Group for the Edmonton office.
