Christiana joined Parlee McLaws as an Associate in 2014 following the completion of her articles with the firm.

With a practice focused on commercial litigation and administrative and regulatory law, Christiana has in-depth experience in areas of aviation, labour and employment, real estate, insurance, construction, and energy.

Christiana has represented clients before many different Courts and administrative tribunals, including the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada, the Appeals Commission for Alberta Workers’ Compensation, the Real Estate Council of Alberta, and the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada.

Prior to joining the firm, Christiana worked with the Westchester County District Attorney in the Appeals and Special Litigation Division, and with a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court. In law school, Christiana participated extensively in moot court and represented Albany Law School at the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in 2008 and 2009.

In addition to English, Christiana is also fluent in Greek.
