She has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, including in Special Chambers applications and administrative tribunal appeals. Her practice includes representing insurers, businesses, executors, beneficiaries, and individuals in disputes involving negligence claims, contractual issues, estate administration, contested wills, executor conduct, and other civil litigation matters. Stéphanie’s work often involves disputes with significant factual records, longstanding personal or business relationships, and issues that extend beyond the immediate legal claim itself. Stéphanie regularly works with clients and matters connected to Grande Prairie and Northern Alberta. Her experience across both litigation and estate-related disputes provides perspective on the legal and practical considerations that can arise in matters involving family assets, privately held businesses, farms, contested estates, and succession-related conflicts. Stéphanie is fully bilingual in French and English and completed her Juris Doctor in French at the University of Ottawa.
