Kyle maintains a general litigation practice. He has extensive trial experience before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, where he has advocated for both government and corporate clients in complex, multi-week trials. His advocacy experience also includes appearing as counsel before the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.

Prior to attending law school, Kyle received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and gained professional experience in both the nonprofit and energy sectors, including creating employment opportunities for Albertans with disabilities and working for a global provider of equipment used in oil and gas drilling operations. While in law school, Kyle worked as a summer student with Parlee and, during his final year, as an intern in the legal department of the Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta.
