Experience

Born and raised in Quebec City, Bianca has been practicing law, in both English and French, since 2002. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Barreau du Québec.

Bianca has considerable experience in all areas of commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing, project development and condominium projects. Bianca’s involvement in real estate transactions begins at the inception of negotiations and she participates and supports her clients up to completion and closing. She acts for purchasers and vendors with respect to the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenanted complexes, industrial and agricultural properties, and with commercial real estate financing and leasing, and in residential real estate transactions and financing. Bianca has served a diverse client group ranging from individuals and private corporations to multi-national corporations, both on purchase and sale transactions, residential and commercial, and large financing transactions.

Bianca also advises on a wide variety of corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions including asset and share purchase and sale transactions, commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and negotiation and preparation of various commercial agreements integral to a business including shareholders agreements.

Bianca is committed to providing excellent legal service in English and French. She is accessible, responsive and takes a pragmatic approach to solving problems and helping her clients achieve their goals and deadlines.

Community

Bianca has been an Executive Director of the Association des Juristes d’Expression Française de l’Alberta since 2006. After acting as Executive Director and Treasurer for the last 10 years, she was elected President of the Association in 2016. Bianca devotes her time promoting and facilitating access to justice and legal services in French in Alberta.
