Parlee McLaws LLP would like to officially welcome three new associates to our teams in Edmonton and Calgary: Kyle Smith – Kyle joined our Calgary office at the start of the year. Kyle is a civil litigator with extensive trial experience in personal injury, insurance law, medical malpractice and product liability. He graduated from Osgoode Hall in 2006 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2007 and the Law Society of Alberta in October 2017. Most recently Kyle was a partner at a litigation boutique firm in Toronto. Kyle has also been active in Continuing Legal Education with the Law Society of Upper Canada and has published and lectured widely on civil litigation matters. Natasha Noel – Natasha also joined our Calgary office and is an experienced civil litigator and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2002. Most recently Natasha was legal counsel with Alberta Motor Association Insurance. Prior to that Natasha worked as Litigation Counsel with the Alberta Securities Commission in their Enforcement Division. Natasha also worked for several years with Denton’s Calgary office in their insurance and corporate litigation group. Natashas’ first day with Parlee was March 5. Welcome to Parlee!
