This recognition is indicative of Kevin’s decades of success on the deal side of commercial real estate. What sets Kevin’s practice apart is how much of his work happens at the intersection of law, finance, and business, sorting through the considerations that decide whether a project gets off the ground. Over the years that’s meant everything from land assembly and leasing to the approvals and agreements that hold a deal together. Before law, Kevin worked in construction and finance. Including time on job sites as a project supervisor, then later as a financial analyst and credit officer. He’s since led commercial real estate practices both locally and at the national level.
