Congratulations to Michael Sharp on his re-election as an Executive Member of the National Intellectual Property Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association for the September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017 term. Mike was selected for one of three positions out of a pool of nine impressive candidates from across the country. The Intellectual Property Law section serves as a voice on intellectual property and related property law issues and legal practice in Canada. Michael is currently the co-leader of the Intellectual Property & Innovation Group at Parlee McLaws, one of the largest patent and trademark groups in Western Canada, who are relentlessly dedicated to protecting and advancing our clients’ ideas, innovations, and creativity.
