Experience

Linda joined Parlee McLaws as a litigation associate in 2022 after previously working as a summer student in a municipal government and completing her articles with a general practice firm in Edmonton. Linda maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on insurance litigation.

She has appeared in the Provincial Court and has practiced written advocacy at the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Federal Court.

Linda has co-authored and published an article in the University of New Brunswick Law Journal: “A Constitutional Analysis of Face Mask Laws” (2021) 72 UNBLJ 47.
