His practice spans a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, debt recovery and collection, foreclosures, residential and commercial tenancy disputes, construction litigation, estate litigation, and insurance-related claims. He helps clients resolve disputes, protect their interests, and focus on what comes next.

He takes the time to understand not only the legal issues at hand, but also the broader business considerations that inform a client’s decisions. Whether recovering outstanding debts, resolving a commercial dispute, or addressing a contested estate matter, his focus is on finding solutions that are practical, productive, and aligned with his clients’ objectives.

Faiz has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, as well as the Territorial Court and Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories and the Supreme Court of Yukon, representing clients in both trials and special chambers applications.

His experience in debt recovery has reinforced the importance of practical advice, clear communication, and a results-oriented approach. Outside of his practice, Faiz enjoys playing hockey, attending live music events, and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers. He is also completing a Master’s degree in International Business Law and Sports.
