Experience

Fahad practices primarily in insurance defence, representing insurers in claims and litigation. He also has experience with construction matters, commercial leasing, real estate, and wills and estates, giving him a broad base of experience across both litigation and transactional work.

Fahad approaches his work with energy and positivity and enjoys the challenge of getting to the heart of a difficult matter. He works closely with clients to understand their extenuating circumstances and is committed to seeing a matter through from the initial issue to its resolution.

Before becoming a lawyer, Fahad worked in the transportation and trucking industry. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the demands of running a business and informs his perspective.

Outside of work, Fahad is an ardent traveller, having visited more than 20 countries. He also enjoys strength training and building and modifying classic cars.
