Jennalee advises and assists employers and employees with respect to a wide range of workplace matters, including employment agreements, policy development, dismissal planning, wrongful dismissal claims, workers’ compensation issues, and human rights complaints. Her work reflects a balance of strategic insight and practical judgment, helping clients address immediate challenges while mitigating long-term risk.

Jennalee’s approach is defined by clarity, precision, and attention to detail. She works closely with clients to deliver guidance that is both practical and accessible.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys skiing, kayaking, exploring new baking recipes, and practicing yoga.
