Originally hailing from Sfantu Gheorghe (aka Sepsiszentgyorgy), Romania, Zsolt holds a Civil Law degree from Simion Barnutiu Law School and an LL.M (Master of U.S. Law) from the Florida Coastal School of Law. He attended the University of Alberta, NCA program and subsequently obtained a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. He has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association of Canada since 2015.

It’s no easy feat to journey across the world, not to mention obtaining a degree and an equivalency certificate. Zsolt says he has always welcomed a challenge, especially when it came to fulfilling a childhood dream of becoming a lawyer, “law is in my blood and it’s what I love to do,” he asserts passionately.

Prior to joining the team at Parlee, Zsolt had his own practice, specializing in Corporate/Commercial, Immigration, Real Estate and Wills and Estate Law. Zsolt is particularly interested in international business law, and reveals that he enjoys the added challenge of navigating the legal systems of differing jurisdictions. Zsolt is looking forward to building upon his corporate and commercial practice, in addition to further advancing his considerable competencies in Immigration, Real Estate and Wills and Estate law.

“I’ve always employed a combination of accuracy, efficiency and communication with my clients,” Zsolt says. “I believe that combining excellent client service and a true passion for the law is the recipe for success,” he further underscores.

“Zsolt is definitely a force to be reckoned with and a significant member of our Corporate/Commercial team,” says Managing Director, Connor Glynn.
