Taylor joined Parlee McLaws LLP as an associate in 2018 after completing her Articles with the firm. She primarily practices in the areas of labour and employment.

Taylor has acted for both employees and employers in a variety of labour and employment related matters. Taylor has experience with wrongful and constructive dismissal actions, grievance arbitrations, unfair labour practice complaints, fiduciary breaches, determination applications, human rights complaints, employment standards complaints and appeals, Canada Labour Code complaints, defamation actions and privacy complaints. She also assists employers with the preparation and drafting of workplace policies, procedures, and agreements.

In addition, Taylor maintains an education practice primarily focused on human rights matters.

Taylor has advocated on behalf of clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta, Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (Masters and Justice Chambers), Alberta Labour Relations Board and Alberta Human Rights Commission.
