Taylor joined Parlee McLaws LLP as an associate in 2018 after completing her Articles with the firm. She maintains a general litigation practice with a particular focus on employment, insurance and commercial litigation.

Taylor has represented clients before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta. She has experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including wrongful and constructive dismissal actions, Human Rights Commission complaints, insurance defense, and contract disputes.

While in law school, Taylor held executive positions with several student associations including the Law Students’ Association, Law and Business Association and Panda Bearristers Rugby Club.

Prior to law school, Taylor obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honors) with First Class Distinction at the University of Calgary. During her time at the University of Calgary, Taylor was a research assistant and Honors student in the Individual and Team Performance Lab. She conducted various research studies on personality and team performance dynamics.
