Sarah is an associate lawyer, patent and trademark agent with the Intellectual Property & Innovation Group at Parlee McLaws.

Sarah deals primarily with patents, industrial designs, and trademarks and the protection of intellectual property more generally. Sarah’s focus is on drafting and prosecuting patent and industrial design applications in a range of fields. Her background in technology transfer and commercialization with the University of Alberta and her prior studies in Chemistry and Biochemistry give her particular insight into engineering, chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and biotechnological fields. Sarah is regularly involved in a range of intellectual property matters including providing infringement, patentability, and validity opinions, licensing and other transactional agreements, and support for litigation involving intellectual property.
