Landy joined the Edmonton office of Parlee McLaws as an associate lawyer in 2017, after completing her articles with the firm.

Landy’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate commercial matters, as well as certain areas of litigation. Landy has experience in drafting corporate governance and transactional documents for both for-profit and not-for-profit clients. She has also been involved in matters involving franchising, regulatory compliance, securities and restructuring of corporations. Landy enjoys helping businesses and organizations succeed by enhancing governance structures, facilitating transactions and resolving disputes. This passion allows her to span her practice across various practice areas.

Landy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours, in Finance and International Business, from Simon Fraser University before attending the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta where she graduated with Distinction. During law school, Landy volunteered with various legal clinics including Student Legal Services, Civil Claims Duty Counsel and the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. Additionally, she participated in the annual Law Faculty Charity Production, better known as Law Show. She co-directed the singing portion of the show in her third year. Landy was also a founding member of Law Students for Inclusion and Diversity (LSID) and is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
