Experience Professional Activities Community ExperienceJeff joined Parlee McLaws as an Associate in 2012, following the completion of his articles with the firm. His main area of practice is civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance litigation and professional regulation. Jeff has developed a familiarity with fire and water loss subrogated claims and has experience defending commercial host liability, social host liability, product liability and personal injury claims. Jeff also represents clients in a variety of regulatory matters, including complaints of unprofessional conduct. Jeff is comfortable navigating the court system on behalf of his clients, but also engages in effective negotiation and alternative dispute resolution to best serve his clients’ needs. Jeff has appeared in the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and before various administrative tribunals.
