Scott Pritchard is a senior counsel participating in the areas of Real Estate, both commercial and residential, and Corporate Commercial Law. He advises our clients regarding their rights and obligations contained in agreements of various natures with respect to the Land Titles Act and the Business Corporations Act.

Before joining Parlee McLaws, Mr. Pritchard practiced at McCaffery Mudry Pritchard.
