Frank brings over forty five years of experience to his position as Counsel in Parlee McLaws’ Edmonton office. He applies his knowledge to the practice of commercial law, with a focus in banking. He represents both lenders and borrowers, assisting them in routine and complex debt financing and secured lending transactions. Frank’s clients include chartered banks, and mortgage and pension funds. He is also involved with the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice in reviewing lenders’ security.

Frank has been involved in financings involving lenders and borrowers in real estate, agricultural and food processing, oil and gas equipment manufacturing, and Retirement Compensation Arrangement (RCA) lending transactions for lenders. Recent work includes: representing a lender in the financing of the ongoing construction in the Ice District in downtown Edmonton; and acting for a lender in the financing of a major retirement high-rise facility in Edmonton.
