Human Resources Business Partner
Full-Time Permanent Position
Downtown Edmonton

Our Edmonton office is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will partner with the Firm’s leaders and staff to provide coaching, support and influence that enable the effective development and delivery of people plans that support the Firm’s strategic and operational plans.

In addition, this position will provide both transformational advice and transactional support on HR initiatives related to the workforce and focus on HR solutions that support business units across the organization.

Position Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or business administration specializing in HR or related area of study (equivalencies will be considered)
• Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles
• Professional HR designation (e.g. CPHR) preferred
• Experience within a legal environment would be an asset
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Must speak, read and write English fluently
