The ideal candidate is highly motivated and customer service oriented. If you are a team player, thrive under pressure and have a high attention to detail, this role could be for you.Position OverviewYou will be reporting to the Facilities Manager and your hours of work will be 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday. Your day to day will include a multitude of centralized administrative tasks such as:•Processing large photocopy, assembly, and/or scanning jobs •Receiving and organizing internal mail, faxes, and courier packages •Delivering routine interoffice mail and faxes, as well as rush deliveries •Utilizing multiple office technologies to complete the tasks •Providing reception desk relief •Monitoring and replenishing office supply inventories •Provide excellent customer service to all those requiring your assistanceRequirements:•Successful completion of high school diploma or equivalent •Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe reader and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) •High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high quality work •Ability to perform under pressure •Ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines with a high degree of personal initiative •Must be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner •Strong customer service skills and relationship building abilities •Must read, speak and write English fluentlySound like a good fit?
