Experience

Erin’s expertise in the area of civil litigation has resulted in successful private and judicial mediations, and she has made many appearances before the Court of Queen’s Bench as well as the human rights tribunal and WCB panel. Erin has effectively represented clients in a range of areas, including insurance defence, employment law (representing both employees and employers), human rights matters, and general commercial litigation.

Publications/ Presentations

Erin has also done presentations on employment issues for LORMAN Educational Services, including the preparation of papers and materials.
